How to cancel a Mack's Factory pre-order:
If you've paid for pre-ordered item in our store but have changed your mind about the purchase, you can request a refund. Refunds can be issued for pre-ordered content, as long as the request is made before the release date, or within 10 days of purchase, and the content has not shipped.
You will receive a refund to the original payment method where possible.
