Ghostbusters “Onionhead” Production Miniature Set

A fun and unique addition to any Ghostbusters collection, this set features two renditions of Onionhead the “focused, non-terminal repeating phantasm, or a Class Five full roaming vapor," also known as Slimer from the smash 1984 comedy Ghostbusters.

Measuring approximately 3 inches head to tall, made of green urethane resin, these hand-painted replicas will add some gooey goodness to your collection, and bring you closer to your favorite film.

Figure 1 – the “Terror-stricken” Onionhead was molded directly from a casting of the original miniature created during the production of Ghostbusters, for a series of shots within the Sedgewick Hotel. One version of this miniature, with shortened arms, can be seen circling the ballroom chandelier; while the long arm version, included in this set, was given out post-production to a few members of the crew. Dimensions: 3.0" x 4.875" x 2.5". Figure 2 - the “Bullet” version is a recreation of the Onionhead miniature used in the scene where he crashed through a wall after being chased by Ray on the 12th floor. This figure was sculpted using elements of the long-armed miniature. Dimensions: 2.125" x 2.0" x 3.25". Weight: 116g.
